Does anyone know any thing about a compilation cd called "Microphone to the maximum 1" It's a collection of 16 songs by various Israeli hip hop artists. Does anyone know who are the artists on the cd, and what are the titles of the songs they are singing? I downloaded the cd from e mule but, it has no track info or artists info.

Also, does anyone know any thing about a female group called "Sarafan"? It's 3 females who sing mizrachi style music. one of thir songs is titled "Tel Aviv".

Hey dms, im sorry but i couldnt find any info on the album or the female band. With the album it can be that someone made the compilation himself and gave it a name..on emule you cant be sure. And on the girlsband i couldnt find anything either..perhaps the following site is interesting for you:

I think its the biggest site for rap music and also has a section for Israeli rap only. Its in hebrew but perhaps you will manage and find what you are looking for there..

The album was an album that was produced many years ago by an almost bootleg label therefore it isnt common and almost no info about it is avilable online.

Do You know where I can get acopy of Microphone To The Maximum -2? It has a song by M.C. Shiri & M.C. Shorty, I think it's called "Who's a Diva?". I really like that song and would like to see what else was on that cd.

There are also some websites that sell Israeli cd's that can get it for you, and if they don't have it in their stock, you should just contact them and ask.
