Teapacks Not Through To Eurovision Finals
Friday, 11 May 2007
Image This last Thursday Teapacks participated in the semi-finals where it had to compete with 27 other participants for a place in the finals on Saturday. The band Teapacks was second to perform the song Push The Button, but many other participants followed them. After a long show, the name of Teapacks didn't appear in one of the envelopes. The song Push The Button didn't receive enough votes from the European viewers.

The ten (mainly eastern European) countries that are going to the finals are: Belarus, FYR Macedonia, Slovenia, Hungary, Georgia, Latvia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Moldova.

Too bad really, it was the one song that had some substance to it with out
being over the top. *Eh - cough * Verka Sarduchka*)

Hi there. Here in England we really liked your song. We thought it could make a
typical Eurovision winner ;D Ah well, we had fun watching the yearly travesty of
justice

Israel should have won and Greece should have take second or third place, and
the winner and Serduchka should have ended in last places. Teapacks were the
best! They were even better than Dana, so was Sarit better than the winner in
2002. I don't know how they chose the winners, but I never like the results. I
only liked Helena Paparizou in 2005. Yet, Shiri, could have easily ended in the
2nd or 3rd place.
