So i was browsing through youtube to check out some videos and i started noticing how common it is in Israel to let an Israeli artist sing the national anthem.

These are the 4 I found. My favorite is the one of Shiri..which one do you guys think is the best??

well.... it's tooo easy to choose.... i think to guest it's Shiri's one.... even if i like Harel and nina one... well all of them are great... but shiri's singing that beautiful songs has something really special...

i agree. shiri's is best, but it is still not as good as i think it could be.... i think miri mesika would be able to do the best job with it. she doesnt have such a high pitched voice like the others (even harel skaat ) and her voice is much more powerfull and controled.

Yessssss I was thinking the exact same thing Oshri! I think Miri Mesika would be able to handle HaTikva very well..her voice is very strong and powerful..seems like the others sometimes had trouble with the orchestra that was louder than their voices..or was it the crowd singing to loud lol

My favorites aren't listed, but they are Sarit Hadad and Tipex, and the trance version by Amir Afergan.

Ohh those i never heard! I tried to look for them on youtube, but couldnt find them..hard for me to imagine Teapacks sing HaTikva..they seem to be to funny to do ..well a rather emotional song like that
