Hmm..well the question is..and also..lets hope..Barak has learned his lesson. I think he was criticized a lot about the generous offer he made the Palestinians in the past. But he has a lot of experience in the military force, so to have him on the position of minister of defence makes more sense, than the previous minister Peretz. But hey..lets cheer for Peres who finally received an honourable position as the president of Israel

good to see you are back, I hope this mess in Gaza does not spill over and effect Israel. I would have Shaul Mofaz as defense minister, and Silvan Shalom as prime minister, Bibi as finance minister, and Tzipi Livni as foreign minister. I would also crush hamas before they can consolidate power and bring in Iranian operatives into gaza. If Israel does have to take any military action, I would ban CNN from it's territories, due to their anti-israel bias.

Hmm well, its hard to give an opinion on those politicians, many have done good and bad things, and many things im sure i dont even know about ..i think Peres is one of the smartest politicians out there, with a lot of power, i think he was involved with a lot more than only the oslo accords. Personally i think its a good way for him to end his carreer.

Dms, i dont think Mofaz should be back in the seat of defense minister, he is one of the reasons why the last Lebanon war caused us so many deaths! Mofaz made the army already bad and Peretz made that circle complete. I think Barak, who is an experienced man like Ariel Sharon was in the army, knows better what to do.

Fact is that many of those Israeli politicians screwed up in the past or are not very trustworthy people. Lets just hope they will unite soon, cause i have a feeling the next war is on its way, and this time it will be coming from different arab countries.

Good choice for finance Minister dms, but i agree that Mofaz was part of the problem. Now as for Prime Minister my vote can ONLY go to Rabbi Tovia Singer !!!
