You both have a nice variety of styles in your list! Well i pretty much like all the same artists that you both mentioned..i have to agree with blood that Rita is something special..quite amazing that she still manages to be so popular with her music, she really does a good job!

I think Harel Skaat is really nice too, buuut by now im starting to get really curious when his second album will come out, what it will sound like and if it will become as popular as his debut album!

By the way Axur, how did you manage to get 8 artists in your top 5? Lol!!

Hey Chosen, I have a hunch that Harel Skaat's second album whenever it comes out will be quite different from his debut album. It will be interesting to see if he will include more of his own songs for the next album or whether he will continue to cover other songwriters' work. Whatever he does, I hope he continues to sing ballads because I think that's what he does best. Skaat doesn't have the full range of expression as some of the great singers from the past, but there are only a few singers I've heard who can sing a line with as much tenderness as he can. He's a very good singer.

Rita has been so good for so long that sometimes I think people forget what a treasure she is. I love her new album.

Im sure that his second album will be more mature that his debut album, just like the second album of Harel Moyal suddenly got a more mature sound. I do agree that he should stick with ballads, his voice is just so good for that. I think it would be quite strange if his second album would suddenly turn into a rock album ..although that might be interesting!

I think you are right on Rita, she doesnt always get the credit she should get. Now that she made a new start with a new record label, i have a feeling we will continue to enjoy her music for quite some more time. I just hope that Rami Kleinstein will continue to help, i think they make a great duo as musicians..i hope their personal issues wont disturb that!
